What is expected of Creator Guests?

Our Creator Guest pass is a complimentary ticket offered to content creators with an active and engaged audience who are looking to promote the event. In exchange for a creator pass we ask that you actively share the event to your socials in the run-up to the convention taking place, as well as promote your appearance on the day of the event.

Please note Creator and Industry passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold.

If you cannot attend the event please let us know by giving us a message on social media or sending us an email to: info@rakuevents.com - failure to let us know may result in not being invited back to future events.

We only offer Creator Guest passes to those who wish to promote the convention. If you do not promote the event your creator pass may be withdrawn.

What if I already have a ticket?

There is a section in the form to let us know if you have already purchased a ticket.

If your application is accepted, your ticket will be refunded and you will be given a code to get the free Creator Guest ticket.
